CINCINNATI (WXIX) – A 13-year-old boy remains in critical condition Monday after he was found shot in his upper back in West Price Hill over the weekend, according to a spokesman for Cincinnati police. It happened around 1 p.m. Saturday in the 1200 block of Gilsey Avenue in West Price Hill, said Lt. Jonathan Cunningham.
