13YearOld Stabbed in Upland Borough Park Suspect In Custody

UPLAND, PA – Yesterday, at around 5:33 pm, the Upland Borough Police Department received a report of a 13-year-old girl stabbed in a borough park. Responding officers located the victim, who had been stabbed once in the stomach and once in the back. The victim and witnesses reported that the suspect, a 13-year-old male known to the victim, approached her in the park without provocation and stabbed her twice.
