3 vacant aldermanic districts filled in special election on Tuesday
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) — Three of Milwaukee’s vacant aldermanic districts were filled in a special election on Tuesday. Andrea Pratt is projected to have defeated former Rep. David Bowen in district one. With 100% of precincts reporting, Pratt won the first district by a margin of only 17 votes. Lamont Westmoreland is the projected winner of district five.
