95 Months in Prison For Rochester Drug Bust
 
		
			Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) – An Olmsted County judge this morning approved a plea agreement in a local drug case and also went with the prosecution’s recommended sentence of just under eight years in prison. 32-year-old Elvis Porte entered into the plea agreement last week and admitted to a second-degree drug charge in exchange for the dismissal of a first-degree charge. He was arrested in December 2021 after he sold nearly 24 grams of methamphetamine to a confidential informant working with Rochester police investigators.
