Pay for parking in downtown Bay City using your phone

BAY CITY, MI – Parking enforcement is slated to start up again in downtown Bay City. But this time around, it will have a high-tech twist to it. The Downtown Development Authority announced that ParkMobile is launching its digital parking payment option in downtown Bay City.
