OU softball Sooners dominate series finale vs Texas to earn sweep

NORMAN — Once again, OU softball fell behind against ninth-ranked Texas. For the third time in three days, the top-ranked Sooners came back to beat the Longhorns. Sunday, it was in dominating fashion as OU blasted Texas 10-2 in six innings in front of another sold-out crowd at Marita Hynes Field. The second batter of the game, Texas’ Mia Scott, blasted Nicole May’s 1-2 offering over the right-center field fence to give the Longhorns the lead.
