			BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK) — Truckers are beginning to react to news of the Environmental Protection Agency’s decision to approve California’s phase-out of diesel-powered trucks. Officials say this decision will help fight pollution and improve California’s air quality. But some truckers say they disagree with the ruling and the new standards it brings along with it.
