Michigan woman identified more than 40 years after her body was found

SANDUSKY, Ohio (WWMT) — It has been 43 years since a woman’s body was found on the beach in Sandusky, Ohio. With genetic genealogy, the identity of that woman is now known. Police said Patricia Eleanor Greenwood is the person that was found in 1980 on the shores of Lake Erie. Greenwood was born in 1948 in Bay City, according to police.
