Man shot killed in East Cleveland police say

CLEVELAND, Ohio – East Cleveland police officials are investigating the slaying of a man in the city Tuesday night. Police learned of a gunshot fired near 13604 Fifth Ave. at 11:46 p.m. Officers responded to the area minutes later and found an unresponsive man with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at 11:59 p.m. The office of the Cuyahoga County medical examiner identified the victim as Domonick Allen, 38, of Cleveland.
