COSHOCTON – Her childhood dreams didn’t exactly come true. But after 30 years on the job, she’s about to retire more than satisfied. “I grew up with kind, loving parents, an older sister, and a much older brother,” recalled Nancy Foughty. “I always dreamed of being a beautician.
