JACKSON, Wyo. — According to the Teton County Health Department (TCHD), April is Alcohol Awareness Month and focuses on educating communities about alcohol abuse and dependency. Alcohol claims the lives of more than 140,000 people every year. Alcohol abuse has been identified as a topic of concern by Teton County Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) and rated as the top behavioral risk factor of concern in the Teton County Quality of Life Survey for both English and Spanish speakers.
