Atlanta Police to discuss how rising Kia Hyundai thefts affect city resources

ATLANTA — The Atlanta Police Department will hold a press conference Wednesday to discuss how uptick in automotive thefts are affecting city resources, and may be due to designs in Kia and Hyundai cars.
