BELOIT – A 15-year-old male faces a possible charge of possession of a firearm by a juvenile after Beloit police were involved in a foot chase with the youth Tuesday.
Beloit police responded to a disturbance on Burton Street when police became involved in a foot chase with the youth.
During the chase police noticed the youth kept reaching for his waist line where he had a gun, according to a post on the Beloit Police Department Facebook page. Eventually, the youth threw down the firearm and he was arrested.
