Cannabis consumption lounges now allowed in Bay City

BAY CITY, MI – Cannabis consumers in Bay City will now be able to enjoy their chosen products on-site at specifically licensed venues in town. Bay City amended its recreational marijuana facilities ordinances by adding a new “designated consumption establishment” special license. The ordinance defines a designated consumption establishment as a commercial space that is licensed by the Cannabis Regulatory Agency that allows adults 21 years of age or older to consume marijuana products on-site.
