Charges dropped for Jacksonville activist after arrest at city council meeting Internewscast

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Four months after the President of the Northside Coalition of Jacksonville was arrested and charged with trespassing and resisting arrest during a city council meeting in December, it was announced Monday that the charges were dropped. Frazier was removed from a city council meeting in handcuffs on Dec. 13 after he refused to leave the podium once his time ended during public comment.
