Congressional Art Competition to put winning piece on display in DC

BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich.- High school students can submit entries to the 2023 Congressional Art Competition for a chance to win a spot in the Cannon Tunnel leading to the US Capitol building in Washington, D.C. Artwork submitted must be less than or equivalent to 26 inches high, 26 inches wide and 4 inches deep, with the frame included.
