Fairport baseball Legendary Skippers program may not see the field this season

Apr. 3 — Fairport has been a stalwart of Northeast Ohio baseball for years. The Skippers have made 14 trips to the regional round, the most recent being in 2016, and appearances in the state tournament in 1953 and 1993. This year, however, their is a chance this season that the Skippers will not be on the diamond this season.
