Farmville PD Offers Further Information on Cultural Misunderstanding Incident

FARMVILLE – A recent incident in Farmville called a “cultural misunderstanding” got more clarification from the Farmville Police Department. An incident on March 23 saw the Farmville PD respond to a business in the 900 block of S. Main St. for a report of an alleged attempted abduction. At the time, the department said that the situation had been thoroughly investigated and it appeared that the incident was primarily a cultural misunderstanding.
