Forecasted rain could bring minor flooding on Red Cedar River NWS says
LANSING — Rain in the Lansing area’s forecast could bring localized flooding to areas of the Red Cedar River’s floodplain this week, the National Weather Service predicted Sunday. Meteorologist Walt Felver said the Lansing area is expected to get 1/2-inch or more of rain Monday night into early Tuesday, and another round of rain Tuesday night into Wednesday morning.
