RANDOLPH — The number of New Jersey residents believed to have died of drug overdoses in 2022 is at its lowest point in six years, according to State Police data. The drop can be linked to countless partnerships between law enforcement and healthcare workers throughout the state – one of which, the Hope One mobile outreach program, marked its sixth anniversary Tuesday.
