Hospital hosts events in April

CHICO — Enloe Medical Center will host a series of events in April. On Thursday, April 6 there will be a Donate Life Flag Raising ceremony from 8-9 a.m. at Enloe Park. April is National Donate Life month. Almost 22,000 people are waiting for an organ transplant and an average of 22 people die daily because of a lack of available organs. A special podcast will occur online at 9 a.m. April 11 regarding the need for organ donors.
