Janesville man accused of fifth OWI

JANESVILLE – A Janesville man is being accused of his fifth operating while intoxicated (OWI) offense following his arrest on Sunday morning in Janesville. Yam Lin, 40, also faces possible charges of driving after his license was revoked and failure to install an ignition lock device, according to a news release from the Janesville Police Department. Janesville police stopped Lin’s vehicle on South Willard near Schaller at about 3:04 a.m. after police identified the vehicle owner’s license had been revoked.
