KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — The Knox County Schools has announced having an internal review into a turned-on gas valve situation that investigators say was “intentionally” left on overnight at a Knoxville school on March 30. According to Knox County Schools Superintendent Jon Rysewyk, the Asst. Superintendent of Business and Talent Jennifer Hemmelgarm will conduct a formal review of the incident.
