COSHOCTON – The ServSafe Manager Food Safety Training course will be offered from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. June 8, 15 and 22 at the Coshocton County Services Building, 724 S. Seventh St. The proctored exam will be at 9 a.m. June 29. The program meets Ohio Department of Health Manager Certification in Food Protection requirements by providing in-depth food safety and safe food handling education for owners, managers and operators within the food service industry.
