Man hospitalized woman detained after stabbing on West Side

SAN ANTONIO – One person is in the hospital and another has been detained following a stabbing during an altercation on the city’s West Side late Monday night, according to San Antonio police. The incident occurred just before 10 p.m. in the 8100 block of Golden Harvest, not far from Grissom and Culebra Road.
