Manner of Hard Hat Mans death undetermined and his father has questions

TOM LOEWY Troy Harrington Sr. is a father with questions. He wants to know what happened to the son many called Hard Hat Man. Troy Harrington Jr. was pronounced dead at 4:47 a.m. Jan. 7 at University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics. He was 34 years old.
