Mental health professionals to examine Muncie murder defendant

MUNCIE, Ind. — A Muncie man charged with killing his cousin will be examined by mental health professionals, Delaware Circuit Court 4 Judge John Feick ruled Wednesday. Kenneth Ray Burden, 55, is charged with murder in the January 2022 slaying of 52-year-old Timothy Lee Hahn. A witness told police the men arrived at the same home, in the 1500 block of South Rochester Avenue, a few minutes apart.
