CHICO, Calif. — UPDATE, 7:50 PM: Chico police said Anya Loane has been safely located. — The Chico Police Department (CPD) is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing teen girl named Anya Loane. CPD says Anya was last seen at 2:42 p.m. walking north on North Avenue away from Bidwell Junior High School. Twelve-year-old Anya Loane is described as a juvenile female of Pacific Islander descent, standing five feet tal with short, curly hair.
