Murder suspect arraigned hours after shooting

WARREN — A Warren man was arraigned Monday in connection to a Sunday morning shooting that killed one and wounded another. Robin Kashaun Williams, 29, of the 200 block of Laird Avenue NE, was before Warren Municipal Court Judge Thomas P. Gysegem, and is facing multiple felony charges, including a murder charge. Other charges are attempted murder, having weapons under disability and assault on an officer.
