CHILLICOTHE – Staff members gathered in a packed conference room to witness the virtual swearing-in ceremony of new Executive Medical Center Director, Kenneth Mortimer on the morning of Monday, March 27. Before the virtual ceremony, Mortimer officially met with the service chiefs in a round table “huddle” to meet the team, as well as to get a better feel for the people he would be working alongside.
