AUGUSTA – Our Angel on Earth flew up to heaven to be with his Lord and Creator on March 31, 2023. Born on May 14, 1950 to Laurier and Patricia Fecteau, Bobby was born with PKU, a cruel disease which causes profound mental retardation within 24 hours of birth. We called him “Bobby” and cared for him with much love. Bobby was a resident of Pineland in Pownal for 40 years until the facility closed. He then lived in a group home in Norway.
