Police identify Grand Forks man fatally shot over the weekend no charges filed

Apr. 3 — GRAND FORKS — The Grand Forks man killed on Saturday, April 1, has been identified as 53-year-old Dwight Caprice Cross, who died in a shooting police describe as a possible case of self defense.
