SHEBOYGAN COUNTY – Boys and Girls Club of Sheboygan County increased wages to further value the work of team members and to keep pace with inflation amid child care shortages. Entry level wages for part-time staff, who account for a lot of the team to serve at before- and after-school care, increased from $12 to $18. Part-time workers now could earn wages in a $18-$24 range.
