SPOKANE, Wash. – The Spokane County Interstate Fair is right around the corner and a new mascot has just been named.
Cedar is a six-week-old Hyland Cow living on her home farm in Dalkena Highlands. Small but mighty, Cedar is growing strong to meet fans Sept. 8-17 at the Spokane County Interstate Fairgrounds.
