Spring election results Oconto County voters make their decisions

OCONTO – Bob LeBreck and Riley Sowle earned election victories Tuesday in the Oconto City Council election. LeBreck, the lone incumbent seeking reelection, will remain on the council while Sowle will serve his first term. According to unofficial results, LeBreck totaled 525 votes, with Sowle garnering 478, Rachel Demerath 467 and Garrett Sowle 360. In the city of Oconto municipal judge race, Cheryl Young defeated Steve Brazeau, 587-431, for the position that adjudicates the city’s ordinance violation cases.
