Star pitcher has Pascack Hills softball off to snapping start

MONTVALE – Alana Kimball had Gerry The Turtle poking out from her softball bag and elastic bands inside. They’re connected. Kimball, a senior right-hander at Pascack Hills, struck out 12 in a rare Spring Break matinee Tuesday morning as the Broncos edged rival Pascack Valley, 3-1. Pascack Hills had the honor of being the first North Jersey team to start the season 2-0.
