Supernus Announces Repayment of Convertible Notes

(Nasdaq: SUPN), a biopharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercializing products for the treatment of central nervous system (CNS) diseases, announced today that it has paid the total principal amount due of $402.5 million under its 0.625% Convertible Senior Notes due 2023 (2023 Notes), in addition to payment of the remaining outstanding interest due of $1.3 million.
