What he and his brother, Erik Gilling, did not expect, however, was that a gun would fall on them. “At first we were like, ‘Whoa, that’s really cool!'” Aaron Gilling said. “And then your mind obviously goes to dark [places] and negatives that, ‘Oh my god, it’s buried in a wall.'” The brothers found the gun back in 2019, when they were preparing to open Stubborn Brothers Brewing together.
