MANITOWOC – Manitowoc County citizens will be heading to the polls Tuesday to cast a ballot in several local contested races. Polls open for the spring election Tuesday at 7 a.m. and close at 8 p.m. One of the most watched races will be for the Manitowoc School Board. Incumbents Kathy Willis and Collin Braunel are vying for the two open seats against challengers Christopher Able and Paul “Biff” Hansen.
