Troopers shoot man during fire in West Nantmeal Township

WEST NANTMEAL – A trooper from the Embreeville barracks shot a man during an encounter in which a home was engulfed in flames. On April 3 at approximately 7:31 p.m., state police at the Embreeville Station were notified of an active residential fire occurring at 42 Isabella Road, West Nantmeal Township, Chester County. Troopers responded to scene and observed the home fully engulfed in flames which resulted in a total loss to the property.
