Two Men Arrested for October Shooting Death in Union

UNION COUNTY, NJ – Union County Prosecutor William A. Daniel, Union Police Deputy Chief Scott Breslow, and Union Police Director Chris Donnelly announced today the arrest of Ahmad Conde, 19, of Elizabeth, and Ducarmel H. Georges, 19, of Brooklyn, New York, for the shooting death of Emmanuelle Florestal of Union. Both men face charges of first-degree murder and weapons offenses. On October 16, 2022, Union Police responded to a shooting report in the area of Hendricks Drive. Officers found Florestal with a gunshot wound to the chest.
