UConn Huskies to return to Welcome Home rally at Gampel Pavilion

STORRS, Conn. (WTNH) — The University of Connecticut will celebrate the men’s basketball team after they won their fifth national title Monday night. The Huskies defeated San Diego State University State 76-59 in Houston. A “Welcome Home” rally will take place at Gampel Pavilion Tuesday. Doors open at 4 p.m., with the team expected to arrive at 5 p.m. UConn students can claim free tickets here; the general public can get tickets here.
