VALLEJO — Authorities announced on Friday an arrest in the April 4 shooting of a pregnant woman in Vallejo. Neighboring law-enforcement agencies observed suspect Anthony Pratt traveling in Vallejo at approximately 7:11 p.m. Thursday.
