Valor Acres developer to build new home preserve historic house

BRECKSKVILLE, Ohio — The developer of Valor Acres, a mixed-use district at Brecksville and Miller roads, is building a new home for his family on Wiese Road — and will preserve an old house in the process. Kevin DiGeronimo, principal of DiGeronimo Development in Independence, is now constructing the new home on a 10½ -acre lot off the west side of Wiese, north of Ohio 82 and across from Cherokee Lane.
