MUSKEGON, MI – A new senior living community is sprouting along Shoreline Drive in Muskegon as part of the larger Harbor 31 multi-use development on Muskegon Lake. Harbor Terrace Senior Living will be operated by Trilogy Health Services, which is planning an opening this fall. Harbor Terrace is part of the $130 million Harbor 31 mixed-use development that also includes the Viridian Shores neighborhood, the first homes of which also are under construction.
