Wickliffe traffic system needs upgrade service director says
Apr. 3 — Wickliffe Service Director Ron Strauser recently noted there have been major issues with a few of the city’s opticons, devices that change the traffic lights when activated by emergency personnel in their vehicles. “There are a few that are not working properly,” he said. “New controllers were ordered at a cost of $11,000.” Strauser said the cost was half of his budget for traffic repair.
