Womens tennis Saints win four singles matches edge Cobbers
FARGO — Concordia won two of three doubles matches but St. Scholastica won four singles matches to edge the Cobbers 5-4 in a Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference matchup Sunday at Courts Plus. Concordia’s Raquel Egge and Anna Hacker won 8-6 at No. 1 doubles and Emily Savageau and Lizzie Allan held on for an 8-7 victory at No. 3 doubles. But the Saints won four of the top five singles matches to secure the winning points.
